Platts is hosting a methodology forum in Houston on Wednesday, April 1, 2009, to discuss a proposal to align the Americas crude and refined products basis to a 3:15 pm Eastern Time futures basis.
The location of the forum has been moved to The Forum Conference Center at Two Allen Center, 1200 Smith Street, 12th Floor, Houston, Texas, due to the growing number of attendees. This is in close proximity to the Platts Houston office in Three Allen Center.
The start time of the forum is 3:30 pm CDT, with registration at 3:00 pm CDT.
In addition, Platts editors will discuss proposed changes for the Platts US Gulf Coast waterborne assessments to better reflect market dynamics.
The forum is open to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis, and Platts is providing remote access for the April 1 forum via web-ex.
Please contact Wendy Montalvo, +1-212-904-5064, wendy_montalvo@platts.com, to pre-register.
Please indicate upon pre-registration if you will be attending in person or remotely. Web-ex and dial-in details will be given upon confirmation.
