SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts updates US ethanol Chicago terminal methodology guide

Platts has updated its Global Biofuels Methodology to include Chicago terminal ethanol methodology as originally published in 2009.

When the US ethanol Chicago terminal assessment was changed to ITT Argo Terminal Platts also stated: in this ITT market, the buyer retains the option to nominate the transfer date within a five- to 15-day forward range, and this nomination should take place one day in advance of the transfer date. This is the current methodology and will now be included in the Methodology and Specifications Guide.
