US crude MOC moving to PGA page 3 on July 1

As part of ongoing work to update and repaginate Platts Global Alert, Platts proposes to move the US' crude oil market on close assessments from PGA page 300 to page 3 with effect from July 1, 2012.

The Market on Close page is where heards, bids, offers, and trades are reported by Platts.

PGA page 3 currently publishes all European, Asian and Middle Eastern crude oil MOC headlines.

This change will create a single global crude oil MOC page.
