Platts to move USWC fuel oil data to category UY

As part of ongoing work to clarify and rationalize Platts market data, Platts proposes to move market data symbol AABGP00 Residual Fuel Oil 2.0% USWC Waterborne from market data category UW (US West Coast Oil Products) to UY (US West Coast Fuel Oil).

At the same time code UABGP00 will be retired from market data category UY, as it carries the same values.

This change will take effect from July 1, 2012.
