Platts to move NY Harbor fuel to PGA page 510

As part of ongoing work to update and repaginate Platts Global Alert, Platts proposes to move PGA page 44 with effect from May 1, 2012.

This change will coincide with the start of the new FOB 1% and RMG 380 assessments.

The current page 44 will be suspended at the same time the new page is launched.
