Effective March 31, Platts will start reflecting the German summer specification for ultra low sulfur diesel on a pro-rated basis in its FOB Rotterdam barge ULSD assessment. The German summer specification will gain a progressively bigger weighting in the assessment until April 10, when the intermediate specification will no longer be reflected. A spreadsheet detailing the changes is available on request. For further details regarding the pro-rating system or any comments regarding the proposal please contact europe_products@platts.com The following calendar applies: March 31 - First day of reflecting German summer April 4 - First full five day period for summer indications April 7 - Last full five day period for intermediate indications April 9 - Last day intermediate is reflected April 10 - Fully summer
