Proposed USAC New York Harbor CBOB, RBOB assessments

Platts is proposing to begin assessing the New York Harbor CBOB and RBOB gasoline ratable (rates) markets, beginning June 1, 2011.

This assessment would reflect the ratable value of CBOB and RBOB one month from the date of publication, e.g., in May, the assessments would reflect June ratable.

The outright assessments would be derived from differentials in the respective grades tied to second-month Platts NYMEX RBOB futures assessments at 3:15 p.m. ET.
