Platts plans clear and bright ULSD specs for MOC

Following industry consultation, Platts is planning to incorporate clear and bright specification standards into its Market on Close assessment process for ultra low sulfur diesel CIF Northwest Europe and CIF Mediterranean with effect from April 1, 2010.
