SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes to discontinue some Chinese steel assessments

Platts is proposing to discontinue, effective June 26, 2015, the following four China domestic steel assessments:

SB01150 HRC Q235 5.5MM China Dom Prod Guangdong Lecong Weekly SB01259 Rebar HRB400 18-25MM China Dom Prod Shanghai Weekly SB01219 Seamless Pipe 219x6MM Grd8163 China Dom Prod Shanghai Weekly SB01113 H-Beams China Dom Prod Shanghai Monthly

The discontinuations will allow Platts to focus its market reporting on its remaining domestic price assessments and export price assessments for China.
