SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Pennsylvania 10 RVP regular gasoline assessments to begin March 29

Please note that S&P Global Platts' US Atlantic Coast regular gasoline assessments on Laurel Pipeline for delivery in Pennsylvania will shift to 10 RVP on or around March 29.

Premium Laurel Pipeline grades that shifted to 9 RVP on March 15 will shift to 10 RVP on the same dates to align their RVP with summer-only assessments on the Buckeye Pipeline.

Also on or around March 29, Platts will resume publishing seasonal Buckeye Pipeline Pennsylvania CBOB (AAVYARV) and premium CBOB (AAVYBRV) gasoline assessments at 10 RVP.

These schedules reflect the RVP transition for gasoline as maintained by Buckeye Pipeline. In past years, Platts has scheduled the shift to, and the start of summer-only assessments at, 10 RVP to align with the market shift to main assessments on PGA Page 310 to 9 RVP.
