Subscriber note: No EMEA assessments on March 29 and April 1

Due to UK public holidays EMEA physical and derivative oil, shipping, biofuel and petrochemical assessments will not be published March 29 and April 1, 2013. Platts will bring forward its European assessment processes by four hours on March 28 to reflect early closes in those markets, with the assessment process closing at 1230 London time and timings congruent with a close at that time.
