S&P Global Platts proposes to change some of the underlying assessments for its Russian gasoline and jet export netbacks with effect from May 13, 2019.
For its NWE netbacks, Platts proposes to use the Platts Baltic-UK Continent 30,000 mt clean freight rate instead of the UK Continent-UK Continent 22,000 clean freight rate as published in the Platts Clean Tankerwire.
This change will bring in line the freight used for all of its clean products export netbacks.
The change refers to the following assessments and respective codes:
Moscow via Vysotsk AAWRT00 Yaroslavl via Vysotsk AAXKT00 NORSI via Vysotsk AAWIN00 Kirishi via Vysotsk AAWIW00 Ufa via Vysotsk AAWJE00 Omsk via Vysotsk AAWJC00 Moscow via Ventspils AAWKB00
