FOB Med diesel freight change as of March 12

Effective March 12, 2010, the Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the net-back formula for FOB Med 10ppm diesel becomes $6.95 per metric tonne as a result of a change to Worldscale rates for Santa Panagia Bay (Italy) effective March 11, 2010.
