SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Socar DMCC to join Middle East fuel oil, bunker MOCs

Socar Trading Middle East DMCC has advised S&P Global Platts that it would like to participate in the Platts Asia Market on Close assessment process for Arab Gulf fuel oil, Fujairah ex-wharf fuel oil, and Fujairah delivered bunkers.

Platts has reviewed Socar Trading Middle East DMCC and will consider information from the company in the assessment process for Arab Gulf fuel oil, Fujairah ex-wharf fuel oil, and Fujairah delivered bunkers MOCs, subject at all times to adherence with Platts editorial standards.

Platts will publish all relevant information from Socar DMCC accordingly.

Platts welcomes all relevant feedback regarding MOC participation.

Platts considers bids, offers and transactions by all credible and creditworthy parties in its assessment processes.
