SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes change to daily Canadian exchange rate

After April 28, 2017, the Bank of Canada is discontinuing publication of its Noon Rate between the US and Canadian dollars. S&P Global Platts is proposing using the Spot FX exchange rate at 4:30 pm London time (11:30 am Central Prevailing Time) sourced from Tullet Prebon as a replacement rate. Please send any comments on the proposals above to gas_survey_comments@platts.com and pricemethodology@spglobal.com by March 31.
