USCG RBOB 91.4 octane RVP shift from March 17

Beginning with Colonial Pipeline's 17th shipping cycle on March 17, Platts will assess US Gulf Coast premium RBOB 91.4 octane gasoline with 7.0 RVP.

At that time, Platts will suspend assessments of USGC premium RBOB 91.4 octane with 9.0 RVP as the market transitions through seasonal RVP changes.
