Subscriber note: Corrects Mar 6 NWE PET commentary

The March 6 NWE PET commentary has been corrected for the exchange rate to read $1.2997, correcting a typo whereby it read $1.2297. The corrected commentary appears on pages PC507-508 of the PCA realtime alert service. It also appears on the weekly Polymerscan publication.
