USWC gasoline assessments RVP, grade changes

Los Angeles, San Francisco: Beginning March 9, 2009, Platts regular and premium unleaded gasoline assessments for Los Angeles will reflect 9.0 RVP. Beginning March 23, 2009, Platts regular and premium unleaded gasoline assessments for San Francisco will reflect 9.0 RVP. These seasonal RVP changes are per Kinder Morgan pipeline specifications.

Arizona: On March 9, 2009, Platts will begin assessing Arizona Cleaner Burning Gasoline [CBG] with an 8.0 RVP and end Arizona RBOB and Arizona PBOB gasoline assessments in accordance with the seasonal transition as per Kinder Morgan pipeline specifications.

Portland, Seattle: Beginning March 16, 2009, Platts conventional and premium unleaded gasoline assessments for Portland will reflect 9.0 RVP. Beginning March 23, 2009, Platts conventional and premium unleaded gasoline assessments for Seattle will reflect 13.5 RVP. These seasonal RVP changes are per Olympic Pipe Line specifications.

Las Vegas: On March 23, 2009, Platts will end Las Vegas RBOB and Las Vegas PBOB gasoline assessments in accordance with the seasonal transition as per Kinder Morgan pipeline specifications.
