March 10, 2025
The S&P Global Commodity Insights offices in Penang and Singapore will be closed on Monday, March 31, in observance of the Hari Raya Puasa holiday. There will be no Asia biofuels assessments from Penang and Singapore on that day.
Additionally, Platts, part of Commodity Insights, will close its Platts Market on Close assessment process in Asia early March 28, and all assessments will be basis 12:30 pm Singapore time (0430 GMT).
In Malaysia, the Hari Raya Puasa holiday is a two-day holiday which includes April 1.
On April 1, there will be no palm oil, palm oil mill effluent or used cooking oil ex-mill North China assessments from Asia, as these assessments follow the Penang publishing calendar. The normal Penang publishing schedule for these assessments will resume on April 2.
Price assessments for UCO (FOB Straits and North Asia), UCOME (FOB Straits and North Asia), biobunkers, PME and ethanol will also continue to be published as usual on April 1, as they follow the Singapore publishing calendar.
For full details of the publishing schedule and services affected, please refer to http://www.platts.com/HolidayHome.
