Effective March 23, Platts will resume publishing seasonal Pennsylvania CBOB gasoline assessments for 10 RVP gasoline on the Buckeye Pipeline system in the US Atlantic Coast market.
On the same date, the main USAC Laurel Pipeline CBOB gasoline in Pennsylvania will shift from 13.5 RVP to 10 RVP. The date lines up with the conversion of other Atlantic Coast gasoline grades to 9 RVP, as has been the custom in the market in past years.
The supplemental Laurel Pipeline CBOB assessment will begin at 13.5 RVP March 23 and be published through April 5.
The product code for Pennsylvania CBOB assessment on Buckeye is AAVYA00. The code for Pennsylvania premium CBOB assessment on Buckeye is AAVYB00. The code for Laurel CBOB assessment is AAUAS00. Premium Laurel CBOB gasoline assessments shift earlier, and was been addressed in a separate subscriber note. The assessments will be published until at least late summer 2017, with that transition to be determined by pipeline schedules and market feedback.
