Please note that S&P Global Platts will shift main Buckeye Pipeline, barge and cargo assessments and Laurel Pipeline regular RBOB in the USAC regular gasoline market to 9 RVP on March 23.
March 23 also marks the start of supplemental assessments for the same products at 13.5 RVP. Those assessments will be published through April 5.
These schedules reflect market feedback and the RVP transition calendar as maintained by pipeline operator Buckeye.
Note that premium pipeline gasolines are shifting to 9 RVP and 10 RVP earlier, as detailed in a separate subscriber note published in early March. Premium pipeline gasolines will not be a part of the supplemental assessments that begin March 23.
The start of Pennsylvania pipeline CBOB gasoline at 10 RVP on the Buckeye and Laurel systems will be addressed in a separate subscriber note.
Main USAC assessments appear on PGA Page 310. Supplemental PGA assessments appear on PGA Page 312. All USAC assessments are published in US Marketscan.
