Platts' Portland conventional 87 and 91 octane gasoline assessments will reflect 9 RVP effective March 9, 2011.
Platts initially reported the change would be effective March 11 based on information from sources. However, sources said Wednesday the 13.5 RVP cycle on the Olympic pipeline ended March 8.
Separately, Seattle conventional 87 and 91 octane gasoline assessments will reflect 13.5 RVP on or around March 18, 2011.
These changes reflect seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by the Olympic Pipeline system.
