Platts proposes water specification for USGC 3%

Platts is proposing to add a water specification of 0.5% maximum to its existing US Gulf Coast 3% sulfur fuel oil basis on June 1, 2010.

This change would bring the Platts USGC 3% sulfur fuel oil specification more in line with typical market practices.
