SUBSCRIBER NOTE: USAC premium gasoline changes to 9 RVP March 15

Please note that premium gasoline assessments by S&P Global Platts will change to 9 RVP on or around March 15, 2019.

Premium RBOB and CBOB and premium conventional gasoline on Buckeye Pipeline, Laurel Pipeline, barges and cargoes will shift to 9 RVP on that date.

March 15 also marks the start of supplemental assessments for the same products at 13.5 RVP. The supplemental assessments will be published through on or around April 15, 2019. The end of supplemental assessments at 13.5 RVP will be addressed in a separate subscriber note.

These schedules reflect the RVP transition for barge and cargo gasoline as maintained by Buckeye Pipeline and market feedback.
