SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Europe barge MOC dates for Easter public holidays

Effective March 22, March 23 and March 24, 2016, and in line with Easter holidays in the UK, Platts will reflect refined product barges that load 7-15 days forward, not the usual 3-15 or 5-15 days forward.

Following March 28, typical loading dates will be reflected.
