Subscriber note: No Russian domestic assessments on March 8,2013

Due to public holidays in Russia, Platts will not publish Russian domestic crude oil assessments, domestic refined product assessments, or Russian crude oil netbacks in the Russian Marketscan on March 8, 2013. The only assessments published in the Russian Marketscan on that day will be Russian domestic refined product netbacks and netback components.
