Change to Seattle gasoline RVP around March 30

The Platts Seattle conventional 87 and 91 octane gasoline assessments will reflect 9 RVP on or around March 30.

These changes reflect seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by the Olympic Pipe Line system.
