SUBSCRIBER NOTE: USAC premium pipeline assessments to reflect lower RVP March 13

Please note that S&P Global Platts will discontinue assessments of 91.3-octane premium RBOB and 91-octane premium CBOB at 13.5 RVP beginning on or about March 13 in US Atlantic Coast Buckeye and Laurel pipeline gasoline markets.

On or around the same day, assessments for the same grades will begin at 9 RVP in Buckeye pipeline gasoline markets and 10 RVP for Laurel Pipeline assessments.

These transitions reflect RVP transition calendars maintained by pipeline operator Buckeye and feedback from market participants.

The assessments appear on PGA pages 310 and 312 and in US Marketscan.

All barge premium assessments will remain at 13.5 RVP, with the transition to 9 RVP to be addressed in a later subscriber note. The transition for Buckeye and Laurel Pipeline regular gasoline also will be addressed in a later note.
