Platts assessment of the UKC- East Lumpsum route reflects VLCCs fixed from Rotterdam to Singapore basis 270,000mt.

Information regarding other voyages from UKC-East, such as Crude loadings from the North Sea will also be used in this assessment but will be normalized to this route.
