SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts changes US MTBE MOC increment to 30 seconds

Effective March 4, 2019, S&P Global Platts has changed the timing increment in the US MTBE Market on Close assessment process to allow for a maximum of 25-point movements every 30 seconds from the previous 20 seconds. This change follows a feedback period ended February 8 and a decision note published February 15, 2019.

The change aligns incrementability guidelines for US MTBE with guidelines for Asian MTBE and Americas gasoline.
