SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes to publish Premium LV HCC net forward Rotterdam

Platts is proposing to start publishing a value for Australian Premium Low Vol HCC on a net forward Rotterdam basis.

The published value would be a sum of the daily Platts Premium Low Vol HCC FOB assessment (PLVHA00) and Platts Hay Point to Rotterdam Capesize assessment for a cargo size of 160,000 mt (CDARN00).

Publication of the Rotterdam net forward is proposed to start May 3, 2016.

The value would be published in Platts Metals Alert and Platts SBB-Steel Market Daily.

The daily prices including a monthly average will be available in Platts Markets Data.
