SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts discontinues E Asian wire rod prices

Platts has discontinued publication of its monthly price assessment of Wire Rod Mesh Quality CFR East Asia (SB01245), effective February 27.

China has emerged as a major exporter wire rod to the region in recent years and Platts has refocused its market reporting on FOB China price assessments for this steel product.
