Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, is publishing the Platts Hard Coking Coal Premium Low Vol FOB Australia Daily Rationale for Feb. 16, which was earlier published as the Platts Hard Coking Coal Premium Low Vol CFR China Daily Rationale.
Additionally, the Platts Hard Coking Coal Premium Low Vol CFR China Daily Rationale for Feb. 16 is also being published separately on March 3 as it did not get published earlier.

Platts Hard Coking Coal Premium Low Vol FOB Australia Daily Rationale
Premium Low-Vol HCC was flat at $385/mt FOB Australia Feb. 16, in line with tradable levels heard for the day, according to Platts assessment.
A bid was heard at $400/mt FOB Australia for 40,000 mt of globalCOAL HCCLV Peak Downs/Saraji coal, with a Mar 11 – 20 loading laycan. This was for a coal normalized at parity to Platts PLV FOB Australia. However, Platts did not manage to fully verify the details of the bid as of 5.30 pm Singapore time.
Tradeable values were heard around $385/mt FOB Australia for Australia Premium Mid-Vol Goonyella, normalized at parity to Platts PLV FOB Australia.

Premium Low-Vol HCC was flat at $336/mt CFR China Feb. 16, in line with tradeable levels heard for the day, according to Platts assessment.
Tradable levels were heard around $330 - 340/mt CFR China for US Low Vol Blue Creek No. 7, normalized by a $2/mt discount to Platts PLV CFR China at $332-342/mt CFR China.
