Platts changes maximum incrementability for Asia oil MOC bids, offers for March 2

Due to the high volatility in crude and refined products futures markets, the maximum incrementability has been amended for eWindow markets for outright price indications only. This amendment applies for the Platts Market on Close Assessment process for March 2 only.
