SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes transitioning ICE gas locations to Platts locations

Based on a review of historical liquidity, S&P Global Platts is seeking feedback on a proposal to transition the following daily North American natural gas ICE locations to Platts locations from flow date June 1, 2018.

1. The ICE location ICE Iroquois, zone 1 (delivered excl. Waddington) with trade date symbol JAABS00 would be discontinued on May 31. The new Platts location Iroquois, zone 1 would begin publishing on May 31 and would include trades on the ICE Exchange at Iroquois, zone 1 (delivered excl. Waddington). The new Platts location would be defined as follows: Deliveries from Iroquois Pipeline starting at, but not including, Waddington, New York and extending to and including Iroquois interconnection with the Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company at Wright, New York.

2. The ICE location ICE Tennessee, zone 5, 200 Line, dlvd downstream of station 245 with trade date symbol of JAAEV00 would be discontinued on May 31. The new Platts location Tennessee, zone 5-200 leg would begin publishing on May 31 and would include trades on the ICE Exchange at Tennessee, zone 5, 200 Line, dlvd downstream of station 245. The new Platts location would be defined as follows: Deliveries from Tennessee Gas Pipeline Zone 5, downstream of compressor station 245 extending to and including station 254.

The changes are being made in the daily market only. Existing monthly gas location names and symbols will not change.
