When the Colonial Pipeline's 16th shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 11.5 RVP F-grade, RBOB, and begin assessing 7.0 RVP F-grade instead, denoting the regional VOC requirement.
This change reflects a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system.
The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle, but is expected to take place on or about March 11, 2011.
