Subscriber note: March 1 Russian diesel seasonality change

Effective March 1, 2013 Platts will start reflecting summer grade Diesel 350 ppm on a pro-rated basis in the Diesel 350 ppm FCA Privolzhsky Federal District assessment and in the Diesel 350 ppm FCA Central Federal District assessment, with summer grade being given an increasing weighting in the assessment. Winter grade will continue to be taken into account until March 29 after which only summer grade will be reflected. A spreadsheet detailing the changes is available upon request.
