These assessments would include conventional gasolines, CBOB and Premium CBOB with 9.0 RVP, and RBOB and Premium RBOB with 7.8 RVP.
In addition, Platts will introduce supplemental assessments for the Laurel Pipeline, which would be 9.0 RVP conventional grades for all of Pennsylvania except for Pittsburgh.
According to Buckeye, beginning March 16, the carrier will only accept 9.0 RVP conventional 87 octane, 93 octane, CBOB, P-CBOB, and lwo-RVP reformulated grades.
Beginning March 16, 2010, Platts' frontline conventional gasoline, CBOB and Premium CBOB will reflect 9.0 RVP, while frontline RBOB and Premium RBOB would reflect 6.6 RVP.
Platts' Laurel Pipeline assessments would reflect 9.0 RVP conventional gasoline intended for delivery into all locations in Pennsylvania, except Pittsburgh.
From March 16, 2010, Platts will suspend its assessment for 15.0 RVP gasolines. Actions for March 16 would be pending information from Buckeye Pipeline and the industry.
