SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to launch new aromatics freight assessments

Following extensive research and engagement with market participants, S&P Global Platts will proceed to launch the following new freight assessments for liquid petrochemical products, effective March 1, 2019.

The new assessments below can be located on Petrochemical Alert (PCA) page 643:

Unless otherwise specified, Platts liquid petrochemical assessments refer to assessed freight rates for Benzene, Toluene, Xylenes, Methanol, MTBE and MEG.
