Subscriber note: Platts to shift USWC gasoline assessments March 1 for RVP changes

Subscriber note: As part of the seasonal RVP shift in gasoline, Platts will shift beginning March 1 its West Coast assessments to reflect the following RVP specifications: Los Angeles sub-octane gasoline assessments will reflect 10 RVP; San Francisco CARBOB assessments will reflect 5.99 RVP; San Francisco sub-octane gasoline assessments will reflect 13.5 RVP; and Portland conventional gasoline assessments will reflect 13.5 RVP.
