All market information reported to Platts may be considered and will be published in real-time, including firm bids and offers, trades, and indicative values. Pricing information for material with other specifications and terms may be normalized accordingly.
Other market information deemed relevant and significant may be considered and weighed into the assessment process.
In the absence of spot market indications, Platts may assess on a net-forward calculation from the FOB Asia general grade EPS assessment (AAWEV00), and the FOB Asia fire retardant grade EPS assessment (AAWEW00). The net-forward calculation, if used, would factor the following Platts container freight assessment: North Asia-West Coast North America (PCR1300).
