Platts renames ERCOT SREC CRS Current YTD Abatement Value

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has changed the description of its ERCOT SREC CRS Current YTD Abatement Value assessment, effective Feb. 26.

This change follows a proposal published Jan. 15 and a decision published Jan. 29.

Platts has made the change so the abatement value will match the corresponding Emissions Adjusted REC.

The assessment should now read:

The assessment appears in the fixed pages CLE3200, CLE3202 and EVA3007, as well as in REC Daily and Megawatt Daily.
