As part of ongoing initiatives to improve Platts publications, and in response to changing North American oil market dynamics, Platts plans to launch a new publication, Oil Arbitrage Wire, on April 1. This publication will replace the Refiner and North American Crudewire on June 1, 2013. The new publication will carry US Gulf Coast waterborne numbers. Platts intends to enhance the new publication throughout 2013 with new shipping and arbitrage tables.
