Platts corrects Feb. 24 Rotterdam HSFO trades summary

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has corrected the Feb. 24 HSFO FOB Rotterdam barge bids, offer, trades summary.

The below summary replaces the previously published incorrect summary, which can be found in European Marketscan under the heading "Platts Rotterdam Fuel Oil Barge MOC Trades Summary" and on Platts Global Alert and Platts Refined Product alert pages 1505.
