S&P Global Platts adds 0.5% FOB Rotterdam barges as selectable pricing basis to eWindow technology for LSFO cargo assessments

S&P Global Platts has launched the 0.5%S MF FOB Rotterdam barges as a selectable pricing basis for its LSFO Mediterranean and Northwest Europe low sulfur fuel oil assessments through eWindow technology from Feb. 25, 2021.

Participants in the MOC process will be able to submit bids or offers with this pricing basis for publication directly through the eWindow communication tool, or may do so through an editor who would then publish the bids and offers using the software.
