SF gasoline RVP change from March 23

San Francisco conventional 87 and 91 octane gasoline assessments will reflect 7.8 RVP on or around March 23, 2011.

The changes reflect seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by Kinder Morgan's pipeline system.
