Adding metric conversions to US domestic polymers

Platts is considering publishing US domestic delivered railcar polymer assessments in $/mt to compliment its existing US domestic delivered railcar polymer assessments in cents/lb.

The conversions are to be published in Platts Polymerscan, using a factor of 22.04 to convert cents/lb to $/mt.
