USGC RBOB shifts to 7.0 RVP

When the Colonial Pipeline's 16th shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 11.5 RVP F-grade (RBOB) and begin assessing 7.0 RVP F-grade instead.

The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle, but is expected to take place on or about March 12, 2012.
