Platts clarifies payment terms for two Russian domestic steel assessments

S&P Global Platts clarifies that the two Russian domestic steel assessments listed below exclude VAT (currently at 20%):

• HRC CPT Moscow (AAXJI00, AAXJI03, AAXJL00, AAXJL03)
• Rebar CPT Moscow (AAXJG00 AAXJG03, AAXJJ00, AAXJJ03).
