Please note that S&P Global Platts will begin simultaneous assessments at 13.5 RVP and 15 RVP for all US Atlantic Coast barge and cargo gasoline assessments in New York and Boston markets beginning March 1.
On March 1, the waterborne assessments at 13.5 RVP on PGA Page 310 and elsewhere will be the main barge and cargo assessments. Also March 1, supplemental assessments on PGA Page 312 and elsewhere will begin for waterborne assessments at 15 RVP.
The last day for the supplemental assessments at 15 RVP will be March 10. Beginning March 13, all Atlantic Coast waterborne assessments will be at 13.5 RVP.
RVP transitions for pipeline markets in the Atlantic Coast are to be addressed in a separate subscriber note, as are future transitions to 9 RVP in all markets.
